We will renew our efforts to pass a bill which, among other chiropractic priorities, will prevent the Board of Chiropractic Medicine from limiting the number of approved continuing education hours that chiropractic physicians can complete through distance learning. This will make the law consistent with changes we achieved to the Board’s rules, ensuring that this protection cannot be overturned by later boards. We are also preparing to again address any attempts by the Legislature to repeal Florida’s motor vehicle no-fault auto insurance law.

In the meantime, we are traveling the state meeting with Legislative leaders and candidates as they prepare for the 2026 election cycle. As always, we welcome your ideas and feedback as we continue to work tirelessly to protect and advance chiropractic care in Florida.
